- Dec. 2005: MARINGO Computers Inc. was founded by Ingo Neufert and Peter Sauermann
- 2007: The first partner contract was signed by a US company.
- 2008: MARINGO gained the first end customer in the US market, ProjectManagement based on SAP Business One was successfully implemented together with the partner.
