The new ProjectManagement version 4.0

When opening ProjectManagement 4.0, you will first notice the new interface. The coloring of SAP Business One 8.8 has been adopted. The interface looks more modern now. We developed in addition new icons, a traffic light function and a new color system, what eases especially the overview in the document forms and the material summary

Since version 3.8, ProjectManagement has been communicating with Outlook. Now a direct interface has been realized: A button in Outlook allows recording your appointment with respect to the project and ProjectManagement copies this appointment to the project planning. Thereafter, it can also be invoiced.

In order to generate a sales quotation, you often have to request quotes for many items or services with different suppliers. Depending on the number of services and items, this procedure takes a lot of time because after receipt of the quoted prices, you have to organize and record each quoted price in the quotation. ProjectManagement now enables a fast overview of all quoted prices and transfers the prices automatically to the quotation after you select the supplier.

If you require many items for a project on time, it is not always easy to keep track of the order status of individual items. The balance statistics with an integrated traffic light function visualizes at the push of a button the current order status for all items used in your project.
