ELO is the user-friendly document management system that simplifies workflows, enables to find documents at once and to archive electronic documents in line with legal requirements. The program includes familiar folder mechanisms such as archives, filing cabinets, files and index files. This allows you to get familiar quickly with the system. Automatic keywording and comprehensive full text search ensure that the requested information is retrieved in an instant. Depending on the size of business different solutions are available: ELOoffice, ELOprofessional or ELOenterprise.

Efficient Document Handling

ELO 4 SAP Business One provides the outgoing documents from SAP Business One automatically with keywords and archives the documents. Incoming documents are provided automatically with keywords and are archived in ELO after scanning the document. Several postings for an account statement, for example, are assigned accordingly so that you can open and view the scanned account statement easily from each posting. This allows also for the indexing and archiving of documents from other applications, such as emails or Word documents. After the entry, the documents are available online for further processing. An easy search function simplifies the search for documents.
