Accelerated Implementation Method (AIM)
In order to bring projects to a successful completion we use professional methods with our customer projects. We apply the Accelerated Implementation Program (AIP) that has specifically developed by SAP for the implementation of SAP Business One in your business.
The procedure is structured in 5 phases:
Depending on the project, the length of phases differs and phases overlap. Our Customer References prove that we complete introduction projects normally within 10 to 12 days. Often the last phase is the longest because it is necessary to ensure that the solution meets the individual requirements of your business.
