CRM

Time Sheet Entry
- Times can be recorded by the employees, project managers or back office.
- Entry devices: e.g. bar code, laser pen, touch screen or smartphone
- Attendance times or hours can be posted to one or more projects.
- Approved vacation is transferred automatically to the time sheet entry and planning.

Travel expenses can be recorded by the employees or the back office.
The costs are assigned directly to the respective project and are billed internally.

Budget Planning

- Different working time rules (business calendars) are considered in the planning, e.g. different calendars are defined for different states, for employees working part time or for freelancers.

- ProjectManagement supports the entire purchase processes, from the request for quote, quoted prices, purchase order, goods receipt, vendor selection to the automatic transfer of sales order prices to the project contract and invoicing and payment.

Invoice
- Once a contract or partial value of a contract has been approved for invoicing, the accountant will receive automatically an invoice proposal.
- Different billing types are supported, such as billing by milestone or due date, down payments or advances etc.

Commission
- The system supports also the entire process of commission payments to employees, from the automatic creation of accruals based on A/P invoices and corresponding posting and documentation of A/P invoices to the commission payment to employees.

Financial Accounting
- ProjectManagement is linked with the chart of accounts of SAP Business One.
- The orange arrow allows you to switch directly from an invoice to an item or from the account balance of the business partner master to the associated account.
- The financial accounting includes also a payroll interface.
- ProjectManagement automatically assigns surcharges, such as allowances with the travel accounting or premiums with the time sheet entry and exports the gathered data to the payroll software.

Internal Service Charges
- Services performed by the employees, travel expenses or costs for projects can be charged internally to the cost center causing the costs.
