New Version of the MARIProject App for Android

What features does the MARIProject app for Android include?

• The new MARIProject app allows Android users to access the MARIProject Mobile Client.
• The new app is called “MARIProject” and replaces the “Project Tools” app because the latter no longer runs on newer versions of Android.
• The new “MARIProject” app for Android also supports automatic login via Microsoft.

Outlook

Starting with MARIProject version 8.1, the Android app will support scanning barcodes using your smartphone’s camera as well as with specialized barcode laser scanners.

We are currently expanding MARIProject with an additional “Barcode Functions” module. This module will enable the printing, reading, and processing of QR and barcode labels. This makes it suitable for use in various production, warehouse, and logistics processes.

A separate license will be required for the “Barcode Functions” module. Release is planned for Q3 2026 with version 8.1.
